Donations are the Palliative Care Outreach Program's main source of funding, so your help is greatly appreciated. If you make a donation in memoriam, the Palliative Care Outreach Program will notify the family of your donation. Donations can be made using three methods:

| To donate on-line, simply click here to be forwarded to the canadahelps.org web-site. This site provides the infrastructure to process donations for thousands of Canadian charities and non-profit organizations, it is safe, secure and helps our organization reduce the administration required to process donations. |
| By cheque |
To donate by cheque, you can fill in our donation form and follow the instructions on the form or send us the following:

| Through the United Way |

To make a donation through the United Way, under the "I want to make change happen by giving to" heading on your United Way form, check the box next to "I want to designate my gift to another registered Canadian Charity" and record the dollar amount in the box to the right. And then, in the space provided for the charity name and BN/Registration number, write Palliative Care Outreach Program and 87267 3330 RR0001, as shown in the example below.

All donations will be followed up with a receipt which may be used for income tax purposes.
