Dr. Farncombe, Medical Director Dr. Farncombe started the program in 1997. She was moved to create this organization from the realization of the need for at home care for the terminally ill after caring for her own mother during her dying process. |

Max Hamlyn, RPN Max has left the program effective January, 2012. We all wish Max the best in his future endeavours. |

Heather Morgan Heather, our Office Manager, has been with the organization since April 2005. Heather is the behind-the-scenes person who runs the office and assists the team with their day to day activities. She is the primary contact for donors, for those who call in for patients, and for patients' families. Her key responsibilities are patient triage and referrals, accounting, and donation management. |

Drummond Robertson, RMT Drummond has been with the Palliative Care Outreach Program since December 1997. He has taken courses in Myofacial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. The majority of his work with clients is to assist with controlling swelling that results from cancer treatment. He also offers regular Swedish massage for treatment of a variety of muscular conditions. |

Sandi Grant Sandi joined the team in 2009, and has now taken on the role of Volunteer Chief Operating Officer/ Executive Director. In this role she provides oversight and management of the non-medical elements of our charitable organization. |
